Developers should not be taking parking spaces from commuters; this project will create safety issues as sit will make traffic in Saugatuck even worse; this project is out of scale with the rest of the community

Way too dense and way too tall. As if they cut a piece of a NYC block and transported it here.

We are very concerned about the development. Thank you for spear heading this. Westport is too beautiful to let this happen.

This is so out of line with what Westport is a thoughtful art filled town. The proposed Saugatuck plan is way over the top, we will become Stamford and Westchester, losing our beautiful way of life.

This photo on the left looks like it is in New York City. You are trying to make even more money than your original plans. Nice .. Shows how much you really care about this town. It is not your piggy bank! NO NO NO NO NO you are not speaking for the majority of people who live in this town. Traffic is already really bad here. This is not appropriate to the height or density of the present buildings in the area. ROAN's Hamlet is more like the Upper West Side .. if that is what you want? If so, that exists in NYC. go there! But do not build on this scope here in this area. That would be a disaster for all involved and show a deeper callousness than i thought you were capable of my greedy developer friend.

The developer DRASTICALLY changed the original plans so they could make millions more at the expense of our residents. Parking and traffic can be difficult without a new “city” being built. They are asking to take over railroad parking spaces, guarantee permit parking spaces etc. At the present time we have traffic monitors during rush hours and traffic is still backed up. I strongly feel the town is giving up and sacrificing too much so the greedy developers gain!

WE DO NOT NEED THIS OUTRAGEOUS DEVELOPMENT IN TOWN. Where are the members of the P&Z who promised toKEEP OUR TOWN SANE AND FREE OF ABYSMYL TRAFFIC AND UNNECESSARY DEVELOPMENT. Realestate should not be king!

This will only add more congestion to an area that is already problematic for parking and travel, especially for commuters.

What is the point of this? Only to make money for developers. This takes away from the charm and character of Westport. Unnecessary! Unwanted!

If this is your idea of a charming small town riverfront consider moving back to the city.

The plan envisions a development that is not in keeping with the coastal character and image of Westport and promises an urban mass that will bring with it public access, parking and traffic problems for which it provides no assured solutions. The project is a preventable disaster. It must be stopped in its present iteration!

The town DOES NOT need a convention center, more hotels or condos. Saugatuck is a quaint area with many restaurants and shops now. Why destroy that. The traffic trying to get through Saugatuck from 3:30-7:00 is horrible.. Since the approveal of the apartments on Ferry Lane, life in this part of town will be changed forever…
