Keep Westport, Home!!! No more traffic! As it is, we are a cut thru when 95 N/S slows/closes

The current proposal is full of holes. It’s oversized and it makes no sense with all the hotels and the parking issues Stop it now, catch a breath and start over with a reasonable fit for a small area

Yes, to smart, thoughtful development of Saugatuck. No, to ROAN's monstrosity.

This is OVER development of the area and WAY out of scale for both the area and Westport.

More thorough work and design has to be done. No one can think that this Atlantic City inspired strip has a place in this community. The architectural job is sloppy and no care for forward thinking design and environmental impact has been demonstrated. A very poor project.

Soundly against the monstrosity being planned

The traffic and danger to pedestrians crossing the street along with the added pollution makes this development as it is currently proposed a non starter.

Too big, already a traffic choke point. At rush hour lines of cars already are unbearable.

My office is located right next to the proposed project and I can’t imagine traffic improving after its construction.

The projected Hamlet development, If approved, would irrevocably alter the character of the town of Westport which is already highly commercialized as is. It would completely negatively impact the amount of traffic, especially in the already very busy area down by the train, and would monopolize an already insufficient supply of parking spaces. I strongly urge those who have responsibility for a thumbs up or down on this to resoundingly reject this proposed development project.

We feel that the Hamlet would cause major traffic problems on an already busy road.

This would be disastrous for Saugatuck and for all of Westport.

Westport deserves a better design. The scale is “Norwalk” not beautiful Westport. Traffic is a nightmare
