I have lived in Westport for 13 years and love this town but it has become too congested and over developed. Please do not go forwards with this plan

Size and scale are way too big for this area…and will pose too great a risk for insurmountable traffic congestion …in an already congested area…with no way to tie eit

As a resident of Sagatauk since 2021, I regularly walk, ride, and drive through this area 6-10 times a day. There is no amount of parking that this terrible project could build that will improve traffic. The traffic issue is due to 1 lane roads and there is no way to widen any of the roads to 2 lanes. Build a sensible update that won't burden an already difficult traffic issue. And I highly doubt a hotel sandwiched between 95 and the railroad lasts very long.

Too big, too busy and ruins a nice small town that already struggles with traffic, congestion and retail, high rise overload.

Just what every Westporter was hoping for... a tourist attraction. This bloated plan is an abomination.

The current plan is too big, ill-conceived, and inadequately addresses affordable housing needs.

Thanks for creating this petition! The proposed "Hamlet" is an abomination and not what this town should have to endure.

Has Roan given specifics
on employee parking?
Where and how many employees?
The answer is no.
It will ruin Saugatuck. Downsize the project
