Bypassing percolation tests for the benefit of the developer is terrible. The testing and rules are there for a reason; the land will not support higher density.

I am opposed to the Milton Conservation Subdivision Ordinance

I am strongly opposed to the small lot size, and incremental costs that would occur as a result of the approval of this action. Quality of life will erode as well as existing property values, increased traffic, etc.

Having attended several meetings regarding the CSO, I am not confident that this is a good choice for the city of Milton.

We chose Milton because of the large lots and "farm-like" feel. We do not want to lose that.

Please preserve our beautiful city and vote No to this ordinance. Development in our area has already caused so much congestion and so many other issues (crowding in schools, etc.). We need to preserve our town and really think before we act on these types of proposals how they will effect us for generations! Let's keep Milton rural!

I am very much opposed to the CSO as it will increase development and make the West side of 400 look like the East side. Milton as it is is something special and I want it to stay that way.

We need to have zoning that does not allow privatized sewer systems.

I am unable to attend the council meeting since I have to work. I ask the Mayor, Council, Planning Commissioners and City Manager to deny the CSO. Our family moved to Milton 7 years ago. If the above would like to adopt the CSO then they should vote no and move out of the MIlton area to the type of community they prefer. Milton was not a CSO community when they moved into Milton so it should not be one now!
