The free use of green-space for any purpose is not acceptable in the face of giving up the 1 acre limits. 1/4 acre is too small! Quality not quantity and density were the objectives and I don't see this cso meeting that objective!

I do not want housing in Milton in small lots with high density... do not kill one of the things that makes Milton great, our rural feel and look... We do NOT want to start down the road of excess home inventory, decreasing prices and ultimately a lower standard of living. Leave it in Roswell and Alpharetta!
