This goes against what we were promised at the formation of the City of Milton and will effect property values, and us environmentally.
As president of Country Ridge HOA, I speak for the majority of our Home Owners.

Do not pass the CSO. It will destroy what is left of our beloved community of Milton.

I would ask that the city council vote against a CSO for Milton.

The CSO, as proposed, goes against the very principles Milton established when it became a city 9 years ago. Why would we change the vision so drastically now? New high density development in Milton makes no sense. Currently, new development with lots less than one acre are only allowed in "transitional areas" on the outskirts of the city, not deep within. Private sewers are a nightmare waiting to happen. Like someone else said, we went from a building moratorium to this CSO. What are they thinking?

We need to keep our beautiful green Milton green. Maintaining septic versus public sewer will keep our community a country feel while still building and growing. We moved from the East side of 400 to Milton in 1997 specifically for the country landscape a large lots.

There is an overwhelming voice from the residents of Milton to keep our city's unique rural feel. We need our city council to listen to the community! Please no additional increase in density.

More homes will destroy Milton. It will end up with too many homes on small lots which will decrease our property values. More density is not what I like about Milton. We must remember this vote and vote out those who do not hear the majority of Milton.

The CSO needs considerable work or it needs to be discarded and another started before it can become a binding document.

The rural feel is part of the charm of our community. Please don't make it like other areas around Atlanta that are overcrowded with traffic and strip malls.

They are eliminating the reason for which families want to move to Milton in the first place.

Our roads can not support additional density. Once our greenspace is significantly reduced, it will never be regained. Many trees & screening will be lost. The peaceful, and natural beauty of Milton will be sacrificed.
