This ordinance will have only negative impacts to the rural atmosphere of Milton, adversely impact an already growing traffic problem and likely reduce property values for many homeowners who value what we have in Milton today. The unintended consequences are likely too high to justify this.

CSO is contrary to the entire intent of why Milton was formed. Our elected representatives should be championing initiatives which ensure fewer farms are developed rather than more to preserve our community's identity and ensure property value growth and enviable traffic density vs neighboring communities.

It's been voted against 3times by the planning commission. Why is it still even being discussed?!

You are encroaching upon the quality of life and standard of living we enjoy and support. No sewer--one acre minimum lot size.

We created Milton to escape the careless government of Fulton County and protect the rural feel of Milton. We need to stop the CSO now.

So much is wrong with this ordinance. Traffic is already turning parts of the city into another Alpharetta with over-development, congestion and frustration. The whole attraction of Milton is its rural setting and the absence of high-density space usage and development. This entire idea does not seem consistent with either that or the best interests of the community as a whole.

No No No! How many times and how many ways do we say "No", the Planning Commission said no. No to increased density. Our 1 acre lots are highly desirable. And we need to stay the course.

We have lived in the City of Milton for 24+ years. One of the reasons we chose this area was the 1+ acre lots in our community. We already feel the traffic impacts due to increased building. Please save our City.

Use of tax dollars and impact fees on developers to purchase public lands (parks, riding and hiking trails, etc.) is the way to go
