Please stop giving in to the developers - they (with your help!) are destroying our town.

I strongly oppose the CSO. High density housing with density bonuses for developers is not what Milton was founded on. The proposed CSO only works if the city accepts packaged sewer (disguised by calling it community septic) systems. It is nothing more than sewer extension. Please show your opposition this coming Monday night at 6:00 PM at City Hall.

the effect of this would increase the actual housing density and damage the nature of the city/county

I am opposed to the Milton CSO because it is not in the home owner's best interest regarding preserving our community.

There is no benefit to this CSO for the City of Miltons residents, only to developers. There have been so many request for variances for development to exceed what is allowable per the comprehensive plan which is desired by Milton residents. This CSO will just make the process easier by allowing greater density growth without needing to file for a variance. This goes against the principles upon which Milton was founded, and is should not be passed.

CSO doesn't offer existing residences anything, as CSO doesn't create public land use, but does create risk that would be shared by the Milton community, like failed community septics.
