Others have said it very well. We will vote for council members who conserve Milton's true roots, not bogusly named ordinances which try to fool voters.

The cs is nor appropriate for a rural area like Milton. Please do not approve the cs. Milton has one acre minimums which is the way to preserve residential land. Please review other similar communities to Milton. Thank you for your service to preserve Milton as a rural eccentric community we set out to preserve.

This ordinance would ruin the rural nature of Milton. Please do not pass it.

I am against this. the reason we choose Milton because of the rural feel of the low density.

We need a better plan to conserve Milton's remaining farms, pastures and open spaces. The CSO permits 4 houses per acre and allows the development of land that isn't currently buildable. The CSO doesn't curb or slow Milton development - it actually increases it. One house per acre and single septic systems per home limit the mass development of dense subdivisions in Milton with houses crowded on small tracts of land. Let's work with the City Council and City Planning Commission to strengthen the current 1 house per acre minimum development design standards and develop a City of Milton Plan to purchase large tracts of remaining green spaces.

The only possible reason I can see to support the CSO is for personal profit. Therefore, I firmly believe that everyone supporting the CSO initiative stands to profit from the initiative (at the expense of the rural character of Milton). I do not stand to profit from the initiative, I want to maintain the rural character of Milton, and I am against the initiative.

I have many friends that have left the area due to the already increasing housing in Milton, taking away it's charm and adding just another hub. We have been looking at doing the same. We moved here because of the quiet nature, low traffic, great schools. Please don't make it just another city with high density housing, horrible traffic, more crime, lower property values, overpopulated schools. Don't do this to Milton!

We have enjoyed plenty of growth within Milton with our current zoning plans. Let's not mess with success!

No matter how you slice it, the CSO means more people, more cars and more problems. Sure, Milton is going to grow but lets do it without a CSO. The area will still see growth but with less cars and fewer people. It also means we might not see 50 kids stuffed in a trailer outside the school building and you might not have to sit in traffic for 90 minutes trying to get to 400.

I can't even pull out of my subdivision the traffic us so bad ! No more development - you just have to look at Sandy Springs and Alpharetta congestion - that is what the future would look like in Milton if the precedent is set with high density communities. Waje up!

Why make Milton look like the rest of North Fulton. Preserve its character.

I oppose any changes that would deviate from septic on 1 acre lots. Everyone in Milton should be allowed to vote on this, not just council members!
