Conservation Subdivisions increase density, cause development that is not in character with the surrounding area. One of my neighbors got 52 new neighbors along his property line on his 5 acre horse farm. Private sewers systems are always a bad idea and can become a serious burden to the city or county if the HOA fails.

I am opposed to the CSO. This ordinance introduces private sewer and high density housing. The name of the ordinance is deceiving. It would allow for private sewer where sewer does not exist today, and it would allow for 1/4 acre lots within the interior of Milton. The CSO is not good for Milton; not now, not ever. The Conservation Subdivision Ordinance is a guise for higher density housing and private sewer. The CSO needs to be denied. Instead, AG 1 enhancements need to be developed to help protect our precious rural character.

I am opposed to the CSO. No more high density housing. Take note of the recent elections in Roswell. All three candidates opposing high density housing won, two of them defeating long time incumbents. We don't need more traffic, more density, more pressure on our schools!

It seems that this whole process has taken a sour turn. The issues have yet to be resolved - sewer, density neutrality being the two most offensive to many of us. Please reject this issue.

While first explored with good intention, the present CSO contains many negative concepts (no net neutrality, private sewer, etc.) that will degrade the desired rural character of Milton we wish to preserve. I agree with the Planning Commission's rejection of the CSO....... I oppose the CSO.

I am a builder in this area. I understand the ramifications of this designation as written, and I fully object to its passage. Milton is unique and special because of it's rural nature. Please do not destroy that with this change. Thanks.

The planning committee has recommended not approving this 3 separate times. Why is it still being discussed? Why have the committee if the city is not going to take their recommendations?
