MANY of the activist that make up Preserve Rural Milton, in fact DO NOT LIVE IN MILTON! The proposed CSO is a quagmire of bureaucracy and red tape that will result in much higher density, failure of private sewage treatment plants, inevitable extension of sewer and all of the high density problems that plague areas such as Roswell and dunwoody. This will make our area ugly and high density, their goal is an area such as viceroy village! Affordable housing will then be federally mandated via federal lawsuits, and affordable housing projects will be built in Milton. Don't think it can happen, just study the history of all of the surrounding high density suburbs that were once desirable and beautiful like Milton.

As a 24 year resident in the same home, I have witnessed first hand the disappearance of our way of life. While I understand that "progress" marches on, I strongly disagree with the tenets of the proposed CSO. Our area can and should retain the remaining rural character which drew us here and this CSO opens the door to turning Milton into a Johns Creek. We know firsthand what happens when a large developer comes in, levels beautiful rolling acreage, and places house upon house on said built-up land. Just say NO.

We need to get the developers off the city council. The do not represent the citizens of Milton. They represent their own interests and will ultimately cause lowering of property values, overwhelm of infrastructure and loss of the primary interest of citizens - keeping Milton's rural character. "Conservation Subdivision Ordinance" is a false title... it actually does the opposite. Don't be duped by slick marketing!

I believe the CSO should be denied. I have a vested interest in the future of Milton. We should not allow 1/4 acre lots, private sewer or the higher density the CSO would allow.

The reason most residents moved to Milton was for the rural community. It is marketed as rural and has the reputation of a wonderful place to raise a family out of the congestion of urban Atlanta. This community should be preserved for existing and future home values. Vote NO

this is bad for Milton. We moved here because of the rural atmosphere - stop the building and overcrowding our roads!

Please vote NO! We do not want houses on quarter acre lots. Had I wanted that, I would have bought in Alpharetta!

HIGH DENSITY HOUSING... Brilliant. It's just what Milton needs ....if you are delusional.
What better way to trash a small, beautiful, uncorrupted city?
Thanks to Miltons self serving politicians (losers who can't get a real job) think taking bribe money for CSO will keep them employed, they are wrong. If they think CSO is good for Milton, they are DELUSIONAL.
Post the names of the politicians who support this so we know who to fire in the next election.

We came to Milton over 5 years ago because of the large lots, and beautiful horse farms. If you introduce density into this area, it will destroy the look and feel of Milton. You can call it "conservation", but conservation is NOT the objective! Educate yourself on this topic, and you will understand why most of the citizens of Milton are outraged about the CSO.

I moved to Milton from another state, and not any other town, for its wide open spaces and rural feel. This CSO is merely a deceptive name and means to increase congestion, and will do away with our beloved town. I strongly oppose this.

City council,
Are you serious? The streets already have more traffic than the streets can handle and you want more? You know this won't be good for the community.
How much are you being bribed to vote for this?
