Building a stadium of this magnitude in a public park without an impact study is insane. The Bronx is still waiting for a public park at the site of the old Yankee’s Stadium, that by the way, it is still standing

This area of the park is so very used that a single event cricket field would leave hundreds of people (young and mature) from runners to softball to track meets without a place to keep sane and healthy. How can this be a worthwhile thing? Considering the one while hurting the many. NO WAY!

This is a public park for the PUBLIC, it is not a site for any profit enterprises that deny the park accessibility rights of New York citizens. There are other 'built' sites for this kind of arena event. Figure out how to use one of those and take this very negative idea off the VC Park.

Gaelic Park already in the neighborhiod holds 3000 and it takes up way too much space 34000 would be nightmare. Use Randalls. Btw cricket will never be a popular US sport...ever.
