It's about time the Police Federation got a back bone and started using members money to better effect. These proposals should be challenged in the highest courts! We are rolling over to easily!

Substitute bank holidays for annual leave days that we will never get to take due to a lack of staff. Great idea. Petition signed.

Continually destroying the service - lowered the starting wage, First 30 mins of overtime not paid, no shift allowance, turning AL into hours so you don't actually get 28 days due to extended shifts, they drop you off BH working to save money AND take the time off your card - take take take - not even a thank you for hard work and loyalty

Pay cuts, pension cuts, now this? Not much more we can take before having to leave this unique profession for something else. Government needs to realise this is a career not a slavery sentence.
