I love our police, I have nothing but admiration for them, but as I have said to friends on the Job, people will not have to much sympathy for you, when you fail to support the people in Just, causes.
Like the next time the people through demonstrations want to force the government to change policy "that's democracy 101 folk's" do not kettle the people, do not stop them from reaching on parliament. In fact why do you not accompany them, even if this mean's uniformed officers from the regions go up against the MET Officer's, perhaps a reminder that maybe? That London is not the center of the UNIVERSE.....Rant over!

the police are a soft target as they have a federation with no spine...work to rule...do everything as the good books say and deal with one thing at a time..

Does this include ALL RANKS OF POLICE OFFICERS ? Why are the Police being targated, will this apply to Fire, NHS etc, Or is it because the Police can't STRIKE!!!!

Bureaucrat, how about starting to impose working conditions you'd be happy to work yourself, hands off our Police and get yourself on a tour of Nights in a busy city see what it's about.
