Light rail in the Twin Cities is very expensive, very inflexible, and there are better options. The population density of the SWLRT corridor can not support the success of the light rail. Light Rail transportation is the SECOND deadliest form of transportation after motorcycles. The Twin Cities already has an award-winning bus system in place that is flexible, can take people closer to their destinations faster than LRTand can run in snow and ice. We, the undersigned, do not want unprofitable light rail transit to mar our cities and hometowns with tangles of overhead wires and unsightly tracks and fences, nor do we want ourselves and generations to come to have to pay for this boondoggle.

I am truly overwhelmed by the messages I have received from neighbors who feel the exact same frustration about these transit plans. It is clear that this is a community effort because I never could have brought this much attention to the issue on my own.

What's the point if this SW Line only to benufit those that must live in the SW BURBS! However, it seems that most of the DAM Zeus Hr. Traffic; goes from a BURB to another BURB; downtown for the Ball Games are pack if 50% of the Calendar year.;
Have used LRT between the terminals of MSP International airport. Otherwise I see no need for it

Stop bullying us into accepting this horrible plan! Our climate is not suited to walking and biking to an outdoor "shelter" to then board a train to a stop in the general area of our actual destination.
