We have many concerns regarding the proposed location of Tidy Services, .i.e. chemical runoff,, odor, unsightly structures, increased commercial traffic, to name a few... It seems with so much rural land in this area, it is unreasonable to put this company so close to a neighborhood with many children, restaurants and other businesses in the vicinity. I can't imagine it would be in the best interest of Shelor to encourage this when their business is to to attract customers. Who wants to buy a car from a dealership that smells like a sewer...

Walnut Creek development. We are against the proposed project of storage for Porta-Johns on Houchins Road.
