We chose this neighborhood to buy our first house because of the beautiful views of the mountains. This neighborhood is one of the nicest Christiansburg has and provides an accessible place for those commuting to Blacksburg and also the Roanoke Valley. To devalue this neighborhood would hurt not only the surrounding homes and businesses but Christiansburg itself.

I have a friend that I have known my whole life that this will affect. I don't think that he should, after working hard and earning everything he's worked for, be exposed to those trucks and smells.

The Planning Commission Public Hearing is scheduled for tonight (3/28/16) at 7pm at the Christiansburg Municipal Building @ 100 East Main Street. If there are questions about the hearing, the Town Manger's office can be contacted @ 540.382.6128. My family and I will be there!

I am a employee for tidy i live in radford. The idea of the place is for storage only. I have to drive to salem every morning to pick up the truck then drive back to Montgomery county to run my routes then back to shop in salem then back home in radford . it is for me to park the truck in evenings and pick up in mornings and storage for "clean toilets" that are ready for delivery

As someone who works on Industrial Dr. and lives less than a mile from this proposed site I have to echo the sentiments of those signing this petition. I understand that Tidy Services is simply trying to operate a business but they have to be aware of the concerns the proximity to a neighborhood and other businesses will cause. Please look elsewhere and if they are unwilling, Town of Christiansburg needs to force the issue.
