The White Tailed Deer was once nearly eliminated from the Eastern US. Through the diligent work of groups like NCWF it was brought back from near extinction. Please don't allow a small group of greedy big bucks people erase all of the good work that was done 60 years ago by a very dedicated group of individuals. CWD is a killer.

I hope Tom Smith (former Food Lion CEO) can give the legislators
Jobs on his Cervid Farm in Rowan
County as a few will need employment after 2016 elections. As a life long Republican I am very disappointed in some of the legislation coming out of this General Assembly Session. Why not have the House and Senate at least get a knowledgeable biologist from our Wildlife Commission to educate them rather than let a "Special Interest Group" influence their vote with money peddling promises? Please veto this SB513!
