I am totally against this rezoning and have lived on this peninsula for 30 yrs. The schools are full to capacity and traffic has gotten worse with no relief possible. We are living on a peninsula and DO NOT need added traffic from this outrageous proposal. Leave our Peninsula alone and find a better suited piece of property to build this on. I am 64 yrs old and drive daily,even at the times that this developer says we older people don't drive at peek times....untrue because most of us do!!! Please listen to the people who actually live on this peninsula. Thank you for your time.

We can not handle anymore massive traffic. This type of zoning would increase it by several hundred. It takes me 20 minutes now LITERALLY to get from Hendersonville High School at 3:06 pm (one block away) to 3:26 pm just to get to turn down Sanders Ferry Rd now at Main St. At 1 pm I'm already sitting in bumper to bumper traffic to get from Sanders Ferry Rd to Indian Lake Rd. Enough is enough. It 's taking all the joy out of living in this area. Covid kept us home before, but now dealing with the traffic here does.

I have many concerns about this rezoning by Gary Lutfey…too many questions about the build have gone unanswered…one major concern I have is that he is planning on an underground parking garage…this will include blasting which will affect a lot of homes in the area….Please vote no tho the rezone.
