Say NO to Repo Lot in Orland Park

This business is not conducive to a residential area, which further will devalue property values.

I am against the repo lot on Wolf Road in Orland Park.

Do not allow this lot to be used for repossessed or junked cars.

NO REPO LOT on Wolf Rd and 171st in Orland Park. Our home is just off Wolf Rd. There are too many homes in this area. This is a terrible idea to build a Repo business here!

It will be a negative in our community. There are so many other things that could be built in that location

I am just worried about angry people seeking revenge against their vehicles being taken.

No to the repot lot. The dirt and filth it will bring to this area. Wolf Road can’t handle the truck trailers delivering autos the traffic is bad as it is. There are also many bus stops up and down Wolf. Also the crime it will bring to the area. No No No No and No!

NO to the LOT

This is going to be an eyesore. It's ludicrous to put this type of lot in a residential neighborhood.

I am concerned for the welfare of our residents. As a property owner at 179th and Wolf, I believe this will make the area less safe and decrease property values.

I do not recommend a repo. Car lot at this area

I don't believe an automobile repo lot is the highest and best use of the property. I would prefer to see the purpose of the development be something that would foster and enhance the lifestyle of the community; not destroy property values and invite crime into the surrounding residential neighborhoods.

This business is totally out of character for the surrounding neighborhood and any zoning variance should be denied.

Definite NO for me!

I do not want to see the old school bus staging site on Wolf Road turned into an auto repossession yard.

I wholeheartedly say no to this repo lot!

I oppose the proposed repossession lot at 17102 S. Wolf Road in Orland Park.

We are against it because it will bring in the wrong kind of people and rats.
