I have lived across from this lot 25 yrs.
I would hate to have property valves
decreased because of this repo-lot. I
am 86yrs; and unable to come in person.

Repo lots are not businesses that we need next to residential areas. Besides the potential crimes that happen near these types of businesses, our property values will go down, etc. Contrary to what these owners say, we believe the opposite is true. No junk yard in our neighborhood, no matter how pretty their drawings are.

The business planned is definitely not suitable for that location. The many residents who live in that area should have a say in a decision that will affect their safety and property values.

How about something for the residents to enjoy like a recreational center or an upscale park. Who’s brain storm is it for a repo lot, that’s something that doesn’t belong near any subdivision.

This can be a dirty business with Unscrupulous Tow drivers and confrontational Clients.

Absolutely not! You have left this land vacant and unkept for years and now want to make it a dumping ground. This sits right by residential homes and will further lower our values .

Whatever we can do to support Jim Dodge in his vision for that strip of land has my vote.
