Say NO to Repo Lot in Orland Park

I recommend a different location . No to repo lot .

I am not in favor for that location being a repo lot. It is not in a commercial location. Area is mostly residential and this business type is not in agreement with existing and planned developments. Traffic on Wolf Rd is already heavy due to the road being a single lane. Towing and storing of vehicles, especially at night, would be detrimental to the peaceful and quiet nature of the area. I'm sure there are locations better suited for this business type in a more commercial or industrial area.

No to repo lot.

We DO NOT NEED This Repo Lot In Orland Township!

I’m a resident of Brookhills, this is a large residential area and no place for noisy eyesore type of business like the proposed repossession lot. We have experienced with the school bus lot just how terrible using this space as any type of lot is.

I live in Eagle Ridge, and I am concerned about the noise, the addition of repo lot will take away from the value of the beauty homes where I live, and more importantly, for the safety of the residents.

I am opposed to this business being located there. It is near housing and other businesses that it would interfere with. It will also promote crime in the area.

I would recommend a different location -

No repo lot Orland is fine the way it is leave it be

This is an inappropriate use of land in a growing area and on a busy street. These lots do NOT belong in Orland Park.

We do not want this in Orland Park! Think of better uses for that parcel that a repo lot. We deserve better in this community!!

As much as I applaud their desire to bring something to this eyesore of a property that sits along many other eyesores on the East side of Wolf Road from 167th to Southwest Highway, I have to say not in my backyard, as I already have to look at that lit up parking lot every night.

I would not like to see an impound lot in my village.

No no no It’s worst thing you could bring to Orland Park We’re trying to make the community better safer for our kids for the elderly and we are going to bring this garbage to our town
