We’ve just had many new homes built in the Grasslands Subdivision. Because the repo lot is such an unknown, I’m not happy for it to be located here.

There is plenty of available space along an industrial corridor such as I-80 for this type of business. A car repo lot does not belong in residential areas.

We have lived in Brook Hiils over 40 yrs…we love our community! We are strongly opposed to the proposed repo lot as it will negatively impact the safety, integrity of our community and our home values .
