A business such as this belongs in an industrial area away from homes.

No repo lot (junkyard) in Orland Park. It will just ruin the area . The property just to the north of this one with the containers and junk needs to cleaned up. ASAP...

I agree with our elected officials who indicated this would change our/my feeling of security with this type of business so close to residential area

There is no reason to have a repo lot in a residential area

We do not want a repo lot on wolf road near Brookhill Drive.

Opening a repo lot in a residental neighborhood and in close proximity to the middle and junior high school will cause an increase of already heavy traffic in the area, especially during pick up and drop off hours. Not to mention the higher risk of car theft, property damage (via breaking and entering) and personal safety.

I do not want the Repo Lot to be placed in Orland Park! I have relatives who are senior citizens that live very close to where this proposed Repo Lot is to be constructed. The traffic in that area is very bad at times, due to the fact that Wolf Road is only 2 lanes wide (only sometimes there is a center turning lane on Wolf Road). This proposed business will draw more traffic and tow trucks to an area that is already having congestion problems. Also, since that location is in unincorporated Orland Park, if the police are needed, the State Police will have to answer the call, and sadly their response time is much longer than the Orland Park Police. Also, people are frightened by the possibility of a Repo Lot in Orland Park, because the Repo Lot will definitely adversely affect their property values. PLEASE, DO NOT LET THIS REPO LOT BE ABLE TO BE IN ORLAND PARK! It belongs on property that is zoned as commercial or industrial.

We say no to a repo lot. That area already has some unsightly properties. Wolf road does not need anymore traffic added to it. A repo lot would not be a positive to the immediate homeowners with increased noise
