Say NO to Repo Lot in Orland Park

No to vehicle repo lot

Proposed business will decrease home values in the area.

Ridiculous idea to plant such a business in the middle of residential area. PROPERTY VALUES WOULD DEFINITELY BE IMOACTED AND I FEAR MANY RESIDENTS WILL MOVE AWAY.

Property values will decline in Brook hills subdivision. Risk of crime due to repo people being disgruntled they lost their cars.

NO TO REPO LOT! It will only reduce all of the residential properties nearby and attract more crime to the area.

This would be a total fail to all residents. There are one too many wrongs here. You will have people coming here to rob the vehicles in the lot. What you’re exposing is to is beyond damaging. This belongs in an industrial area not a 2 way street with kids waiting for busses. Towing semis? Just great … traffic is bad enough as it is.

A repo lot in a residential area? Absolutely not! Vote this down!

Thank you to Orland Township for hosting the bus to the city for the hearing! I wouldn't be able to get there on my own. I signed up and will be the first one on the bus!

We do not need this type of business in Orland Park. Please do not allow this business near a residential area and bring our property values down. We already pay high taxes in Orland Park.

I don’t want a lot of junk cars sitting in our city on any lot

Repossession lots are very unattractive and are not kept clean. They also bring in criminals.

I am very opposed to the proposed repo yard on Wolf Road.
