Say NO to this repo lot….it is not the right place for this. It is not the right fit for an area surrounded by residential.

THIS WILL ONLY ATTRACT ILLEGAL ACTIVITY FROM THOSE TRYING TO STEAL PARTS OR VEHICLES, AND THOSE TRYING TO RETRIEE THEIR REPO VEHICLES. BAD FOR THE COMMUNITY.

I absolutely opposed this repo lot. It will destroy property values in the area. A repo lot does not belong in a residential neighborhood.

The proposed use exceeds the scope of the zoning and must be examined with an eye towards adjacent properties, which are mostly residential. I live in Brookhill Subdivision. The proposed use will be a blight on the area, increase traffic on an already overburdened road and near by intersections and is not necessary or generally appropriate for the community. I respectfully request the Zoning Board deny the request. John P. Cooney

Many of the properties along that section of Wolf Road are abandoned and/or unsightly, which already diminish the value of our community. Adding a large parking lot full of cars in various states of condition will only worsen the situation. I drive past the area frequently and can’t believe our local government allows this to exist. Please stop this proposed use on the property and do something about the other abandoned and unsightly properties.

We need beautification in Orland Park not a junk yard

No to repo lot on 171st Wolf Rd. This type of business would bring surrounding neighborhoods home values down. A repo lot would be hideous looking in this neighborhood. It also will cause congestion, On Wolf Rd., along with jeopardizing the safety of the surrounding neighborhoods.

No to repo lot on 171st wolf rd. It would be a horrible look for the surrounding neighborhood and bring home values down throughout the neighborhoods. Also, I’m worried about the safety of Orland Park residence with a repo lot in the neighborhood.

No to repo lot proposed for 171st wolf. My kids walk past that area all the time. It will put the kids safety in jeopardy. Along with,it will be unsightly and bring value down in the surrounding neighborhoods.
