A Repossession Business regardless of their reputation will always bring with it possible dangerous persons. Being so close to a young neighborhood and school bus loading zones is never a good mix. Also, this section of Wolf Road was not designed to carry such heavy expected loads and an existing pavement design evaluation was never performed to verify the existing pavement structure could withstand this additional loading witch could lead to premature roadway failure which burden would then have to be born by the taxpayers.

Located at 11626 Brookwood Drive Orland Park, IL and will be directly affected by this development. Repo lots also bring in people from different areas to get their cars back. The building also looks like complete crap. The siding is done terribly. Just no!

This is a very busy residential area and is only a two lane road, one lane in each direction. Sometimes it is impossible to make a turn in this area. Two trucks or other vehicles carrying impounded vehicles will throw this area into chaos. No repo lot in the midst of this already congested residential area!

This repo lot is detractive to Orland park and needs to be reconsidered for somewhere else in Cook County. If the lot is pushed forward then the county MUST reassess all Orland park properties at a lower value.
