How are you this out of touch?? You're asking to screw over and run every poorer person out of town and now you're mad because people with actual morals are telling you that it's an awful thing to do. These laws are in place so that people who's parents weren't oil tycoons can actually afford to live in the town they want to. You guys make enough money as it is. Let's keep the diversity in Montclair that we all like to brag about in this town so much and say no to this awful petition.

Montclair is pushing out anyone who makes less than 50k. You do not want low income people to live here which is apparently clear by the push AGAINST rent control. This is DISGUSTING classism at its finest. I am ASHAMED to live in a city that does not want to protect the financial future of its people because a few residents who make MILLIONS PER YEAR want them out.
