Keep the area single family housing. It is time to stop thinking about profit and start thinking about our children in the current neighborhoods.

I have lived in area for 22 years and that area should remain ad R1. Enough condos on 24 mile and on Romeo Plank.

This area was zoned for single family homes not condos. This would create to much congestion in the area if condos are built.

We are closing on a house in wolverine at the end of October and I will retract my offer if there is a chance of this passing. This is the reason we are leaving our beloped current home!
