we moved into this area in 2007. Prior to this we researched to see what type of homes were going to be developed in this area. Homes had minimum size requirements and were not intended to be starter homes. Now the developers want to change the site plans to include condo's and duplexes. I say NO! property values will suffer, a different type of clientele is drawn into our area and the roads can not support the already congested additional traffic. The developers are only interested in MONEY! Changing from single family to multiple will have them grinning with delight and profit! They do not care about us, our homes, our values or our intended serene lifestyles. Profit per square foot is all they are interested in!

This was not the zoning when adjoining homes were originally purchased and this rezoning could negatively effect our property values.

I DO NOT want multi family homes in this area. It was impact both traffic and thus safety in a negative way along both 25 mile road and Romeo plank.

It will create a traffic nightmare. I already can't get past the intersection of 25 mile and RP without a 15 minute traffic jam. Ridiculous.

The current infrastructure is not fit for this type of housing.
