Traffic is already a nightmare people flying down the roads at speeds well over 65 mph. Police will not sit and do radar. I do not feel safe walking to my mail box or even taking my dog for a walk. This city is out of control I wish I never moved here I wanted a country atmosphere close to the city!!!!

We do not need anymore traffic than what we already have in this area. i disagree with the incorporation of condos and apartments into our neighborhoods. Our neighborhoods are safer and cleaner because we don't not have random individuals coming in and out destroying property. Home owners take better care of there property

I purchased my home due to the high end housing and schools. I don't care to have the property values or the community devalued by a decision that is based solely on greed.

My wife purchased our home because of the quality of the housing and the mid to high end subdivisions in the area. To rezone and allow condos and duplexes undermines our property values and would add to the already congested traffic in the area. Putting in a traffic circle seems like palm greasing to me.

I do NOT want the area rezoned. The roads cant even handle the traffic we do have. Condo would cause more congestion

The rezoning will only bring increased traffic, high risk safety concerns, and lowered property value. This should not be approved. English Gardens II Subdivision resident.

It is fine how it is. They want to make significantly more money than planned. Keep the area as it is. Residential homes and neighborhoods, not multi level homes.

I do not support rezoning of this area. The roads already are over saturated with the existing zoning.

Surrounding area roads already cannot support the growth. Increasing the housing density will not help this situation. This is only one of the MANY negatives to this large area rezoning.
