The traffic has been congested for years now ! Took us 20 minutes to get from 22 Mile north to 25 Mile last Sunday.
My suggestion is that if you oppose this please attend the meeting on Oct 4th at 7:00 in person to state in person your opposition to this rezoning !

I think we have enough blight in the area from unfinished condominium/duplex's. We just sold a duplex in an unfinished complex and signed to build a new home in wolverine and now this. We don't want this. It will erode property values in addition to the traffic concerns.
