My main concern would be the immediate devaluation of our properties upon approval. Also, the current road infrastructure can barely handle the current residential saturation level, we need to improve that even before additional single family homes are constructed.

I fully agree that this does not fit in with the area and will cause a significant increase in traffic as well as cause more safety issues!

THIS IS NOT CONSISTENT WITH THE SURROUNDING ZONING AND WILL CREATE A TRAFFIC NIGHTMARE AND POSE SIGNIFICANT SAFETY ISSUES.

We do not want anything but single family homes built in this area. We built here for the surrounding to stay as they are. Ive been here 13 years. Save our neighborhood and its beauity!

No condos/duplexes. Many people purchased homes in this area based on the current zoning and community planning. Traffic is bad enough in this area.

Keep the housing that was agreed upon. NO low income housing, or NO apartments, etc. NO rezoning!!! I would have not bought in this area had I known of these potential issues!!!
