As a voting, tax-paying resident of Macomb Township, I demand the financial interests of myself and my fellow tax-paying homeowners be respected! OUR RESIDENTS DO NOT WANT LOW INCOME, DUPLEXES, MULTI-FAMILY residences to be built near, on, or in the 25 Mile and Romeo Plank area! PERIOD! Our roads are already over populated and congested! We have too much invested into our homes to continue to let self-absorbed, crooked politicians or developers DICTATE TO US what is going to be done with the property surrounding our homes! We have had enough of the bribery, conning, back stabbing, illegal politics in our community!

We moved away from low income homes because of the behavior of some residents. This area was supposed to have been turned into a luxury side of Macomb Twp. We don't want the traffic or our home values lowered due to these low income housing developments.

We moved to a lovely subdivision to get away from multiple family residential dwellings and urban congestion. We paid higher prices to do so. The roads are already slow and crowded. I do not agree with the rezoning proposal. Even additional single family homes add a burden to the area.

NO, we built in the sub to get away from this type of area with the knowledge of beautify upscale housing developement. We would have never decided on this area knowing what their plan for developement is now. NO no no!!!! Traffic is gotten bad as it is, with this addition, it will just get worse.

many of us went from a beautiful view of a golf course to view of a neighborhood, why would you make it worse by adding the negative view of condos and apartments. needless to say that Apartments truly attract a certain demographic which taints an otherwise stellar area. NO apartments or condos please.
