No to rezone

When we built here, it was an area meant to be surrounded by and include higher value homes and golf courses. With the removal of Wolverine Golf Course and the downsizing of the minimum square footage on homes, we have come to a point where this trend needs to be reversed.

My home backs up to 25 mile rd. and just within 2 years the traffic has gotten so bad, its a safety issue for my pets. This new rezoning would only make this so much worse. Please do not rezone this area!

It is the most Ridiculous thing ever. If you live anywhere remotely close to this area you would know this is a traffic nightmare. The round about that is being put in right now does not come close to fixing the horse and buggy 3 way stop signs and one lane roads with all the housing projects , park, township hall, rec center, ice arena and sporting events taking place on 25 mile road!!! This will bring our housing values down. As a Macomb (25mile sub) resident if this passes we will sell our home instantly. I would challenge anyone of the board members who do not live on 25 mile road to park on the side of the road from @3-6:30 Monday-Friday and let me know what you think!!

The traffic in the area is already horrible. We do not need to make it even worse.

Please do not rezonr thar area. Traffic is already a nightmare in this area. People move away from Sterling Heights, Clinton Township and areas like that to get away from all the traffic and to get some peace and quiet. The board is turning Macomb Township into Warren. Houses squeezed and businesses squeezed on every square inch of land that is available.
