Why would the Twp feel this would work out. Last week it took 20 minutes to move the distance from Huntington Woods dr to 25 mile rd. Macomb Twp doesn't need more condos

Singing due to petition against the rezoning of Romeo plank between 25&26 mile. We just moved from San Diego CA to Macomb and really fell In love with the community. Now this rezoning will be in directly across from my subdivision Villagio. If we would have know about this in April this year I probably would have moved elsewhere. Not happy with this at all.

These domiciles are not consistent with the areas home values. This should not be allowed unless the board of trustees live in the area.

The surrounding roads will not support single family homes under the current zoning let alone the increase with new proposed zoning.

800 sqft multi-family translates to a lot of dwellings and a lot more cars/traffic in and around the area. 1 or 2 round abouts won't alleviate this completely. Also, small multi family most likely means cheap, ugly and affordable my biggest concern is rift raft moving in negatively impacting property values and potentially safety in and around surrounding areas.

I live on Country Club Drive which is off Romeo Plank between 25 & 26 Mile Roads and ALREADY find it VERY difficult to pull out of my subdivision with the current traffic situation.

We bought into this development specifically because it was zoned for single family homes. We would have gone elsewhere had it been zoned for condos so we oppose the request to rezone.

It is a terrible idea for condos in this area, it is the only reason I moved out to Macomb to get away from Condo communities
