Macomb Township is not ready for this expanse. The roads can not handle it, this will potentially change the school districts, not to mention our part time fire department is already stretched thin, underpaid & unstaffed for our current population. Irresponsible of any Township board to continue to put more weight on the already stretched resources we are using. Fix the problems prior to considering more stress!

I do not support this rezoning. There needs to be studies completed on increased traffic patterns, pedestrian safety, infrastructure of sidewalks and thoroughfares in and out of this area. This area is not built as multi-family units. Property Values have been significantly impacted due to re-zoning in other areas of the township along with the recession and this area should not be subjected to additional value impact by this being approved.
