I'm against the rezoning for many reasons, including safety.

This would be a very disappointing move on the township if they allow this type of housing. I have been in he area for over 10 years and just recently purchased and built a new home on 25 mile and Romeo plank and would hate to see condos or duplexes in the area. Traffic is bad enough already.

We purchased a home in the Wolverine sub last year because we enjoy this area and the beautiful homes in it. We were told that all of the surrounding land would be occupied by homes. It will be very disappointing if this proposal goes through.

The hyper growth in Macomb Township is negatively impacting traffic, public services and overcrowding in Utica schools. Condos provide too dense of a population for this area.

Rezoning is not consistent with immediate surroundings!

It's already a traffic nightmare getting in and out of my sub. This would further congest the already tired roads. With many of the kids in my sub now getting their drivers licenses I worry about them trying to turn in and out of the sub. This is a bad idea.

Great way to lower home values and drive families to leave. Dont ruin the area with this poor decision.

We bought our house in the Country Club subdivision in Macomb Township and Macomb Country because of the more rural feel and less traffic of Oakland County. Please do not compromise our quality of life and value of our homes.

Area is already too crowded for current roads and does not fit in with surrounding area.

No way! I moved in this area because it was nice single family homes. Nothing else is acceptable to this area!

My husband & I are adamantly against this proposed rezoning. Infrastructure will not withstand the extra traffic, the structures are not consistent with the existing area, no sidewalks for the safety of pedestrians and children and the values of our homes will be compromised. This will cause a hardship on the residents already living in the area. Say NO to this rezoning!!!!

This is an unacceptable idea that will only serve to benefit the builders, developers, and possibly the politicians. Romeo Plank between 24mile and 26mile is already a mess at most times of the day and cannot handle excess traffic that a high-density development would create. My fiancé and I moved to this area to get away from those types of developments, not to have one built right in our back yard.
