I do not want that area if 25 mile and Romeo plank to be redoned. Traffic is to heavy all resdybin this area.

I do not approve of this rezone proposal. Traffic is already quite heavy and causes traffic congestion already. Adding more traffic to the already over populated roads will only cause more headaches and delays.

I grew up in Michigan most of my life and the area on 25 mile Rd doesn't need to be re-zoned!!

Some years ago, we heard Macomb Twp got title to the land as part of a "foreclosure/seizure/failure to pay taxes/IRS/FBI investigation" against the Wolverine golf course owners, who we heard went to jail. There were all kinds of rumors flying around then - don't know what was fact or fiction. Perhaps John Brennan, prior supervisor, could offer insight. Irregardless, The township officials have an obligation to recognize the roads cannot handle more traffic, nor can the homeowners continue suffering from stagnant property valuations. We have plenty of condos in this Township already. That parcel should not be rezoned.

I do not support the proposal to re-zone this area of land. My two biggest reasons for opposing the re-zoning are traffic and safety. The surrounding infrastructure does not support this type of development.

We just got our property values up. The last thing we need is to make it unattractive to live here with duplexes. This area is not suitable for duplexes. Not the style of homes I want here.
