Traffic is bad enough in that area. Until roads are fixed to accommodate the increase in traffic the area should not be rezoned.

This will have a large negative impact on the safety of the area due to the increased population density. The infrastructure was not designed for multi family homes.

No! We need homes with a consistent value as the homes in the area, not lower. This is going to be a traffic nightmare as well!
