This will cause an over saturation of traffic and the roadway infrastructure cannot support the massive increase.

Condos? No, no thank you. Unfortunately, the Wolverine/etc sub will EVENTUALLY expand - they are now - and there will be homes all the way from Luchtman to Romeo Plank. TOO MANY builders "needing" to expand and TOO MANY buyers not wanting to buy an older home. There are SO MANY empty and/or foreclosed homes, THOSE should be the ones we have to buy first. Everyone is SO quick to build!!

We moved out here to stay away from too much traffic. As we are growing in our subdivision we find it's getting busy around here. We do not want more traffic and congestion in the area!

This all should have been thought out years and years ago when Wolverine closed and has been an eyesore on that corner for years! If the township didn't have a beef with the developer this project would have been already completed with single family homes!

The 2 25 and Romeo planks are way to contested as it is already. This would cause worse conditions then we already have.

Area not capable to handle increased infrastructure demands. Only one's benefit are the developers.

This is a terrible idea and there is no good reason to do this. The traffic is bad enough as it is!!!

Part of the reason for moving to Wolverine Country Club Estates was they were zoned for single family homes and wanting to move away from the Apts and condos and the increased traffic and congestion with the already busy streets as the Twp has outgrown it's roads already
This will cause an over saturation of traffic and the roadway infrastructure cannot support the massive increase.
