Our roads are sorely inadequate and the traffic is already a nightmare. Do we really need high-density housing to make matters even worse? Why not work on the roads before moving even more people into the area?

It's already a traffic nightmare in this area. Any home built besides single family as it is currently zoned would cause major issues.

Zoning should not be changed halfway through the development of the whole project. People moved into this area and subdivision based on single family homes.

This would be a traffic nightmare even after the round abouts are done. Also not going to be good for the value of our homes. Would probably relocate if this is going to happen.

Own property next to this area & don't want my property values to decline. Neither do I want any more congestion than there already is. There's always the chance this could eventually. E section 8 housing

The infrastructure is not designed for this re-zoning, roads, schools etc. it is already chaos.
