I live down the road from there. If this happens this area will be ruined. There's already enough traffic and people.

The roads in this area cannot accommodate the population and amount of traffic. This is a community of homes valued at $400,000 or more. Lower cost housing and more traffic will reduce the cost of homes. This is not needed in this semi-rural area!

Infrastructure cannot handle this and would create significant safety issues.

The county doesn’t address the roads as it is (still wondering if 25 mile east of Romeo Plank is going to be reverted to dirt road). The infrastructure cannot sustain the single family density as it is let alone multifamily. Macomb Twp quickly going from desired location to miserable one.

Absolutely NO to rezoning. The roads do not support this volume of people nor do homeowners want their property values to go down. Build more luxurious homes instead.

No, no, no! The area doesn't support the traffic, nor do we want our property values to fall. The homes in the area were purchased with ther understanding that the additional phases were single family homes.

Vote NO, road conditions cannot handle the traffic we have currently and Values of our homes will be affected by this low income housing being proposed.
