Please do not destroy our beautiful land out here. There will not be enough water to support this development.

NO to this suburban disaster. There is already too much traffic and too little water in our valley and this will destroy whatever peace and quiet we have left.

We need to keep Williamson Valley area rural for larger ranches.

NO, NO and NO to Brooks Land Holding, Inc. and their development plans along Las Vegas Ranch Road in Williamson Valley.

We certainly do not need a large sub division out in this valley. There is not enough water, and the traffic is already horrible here. Plus, what if there is a fire? This is a disaster waiting to happen!!

Please do not allow them to wreck the beautiful agricultural land with this development. It just doesn't fit there. There are plenty of other areas to build than Las Vegas Ranch.

Absolutely no more growth in Williamson Valley! Not enough water for wildlife, livestock or people!!!

I object to the “Pleasant Valley Ranch “ development

Absolutely NOT. We have already a big water issue and we don't need to make it worse. Also, WVR is just fine but we do not need more traffic and accidents - widening WVR will not fix it. Please leave nature be so the animals have a place too.

I am opposed to the development. Don’t want my water ruined due to leach fields leaking into aquifer. Plus traffic on Williamson valley road is bad enough already.

Not needed or wanted in this community. This is a sensitive area and developers need to be aware and considerate of the region's ability to have a large development like this.

I agree that the size of the parcels, number of parcels in the plan and potential ground water contamination are reasons to vote no to this development.

This development is being built in the wrong place. Williams Valley already has a water issue this will only make it worse.

I am opposed to this new development in an area that clearly does not have the infrastructure needed for future development and the impact environmentally. Please say no to this development
