Do not be fooled by the claims that there is not affordable housing already in Summerfield. My son owns a house in Summerfield and my daughter is building a home here as well.

I feel so strongly about not allowing this type of zoning that if it were to pass, I would work hard to ensure that council members who supported this type of zoning are voted out of office. Follow the Comprehensive plan. Vote NO

We moved to Summerfield for its rural character. We deliberately chose to avoid areas with planned development.

The comprehensive plan clearly states the 2 most important issues to residents are retaining low taxes and rural character. This type of development is in complete contrast to both issues.
