I moved my family from High Point to Summerfield to get away from the type of environment that planned developments create. Please do take away the beauty and quality of living we have in this town, if people want this let them live in the cities.

There is no mandate to our elected officials from the citizens of Summerfield to "dumb down" housing and zoning regulations that will in any way degrade the "look and feel" of our way and quality of living in this town.

We moved back to GSO 4 years ago and wanted to live in this area for the strong desire NOT to live in the city where there is multi-family developments, crime and a the beautiful landscapes not cluttered with such.

Definitely NO - started looking for a house last year - we fell in love with this beautiful area named Summerfield - friendly people, great neighbors, and just riding through the area is a pleasure to the eyes and soul - why change/ruin it - please don't do this to my adopted home.

I am absolutely against this proposed change to Summerfield! The town will not benefit at all if this is approved. The developers aren't interested in a better Summerfield- rather they are interested in lining their pockets with more cash.
