There is no need for higher density development in Symmetries. Greensboro has plenty, and we stand to lose much if approved.

I want to preserve our wonderful small-town community. Bigger is not better. We don't need more shopping. There are plenty of places for us to go and shop. I've been in Summerfield for many years . My understanding is that Summerfield was Inc. to keep us from the coming part of Greensboro. This plan development seems to be in direct conflict with that desire. Please listen to the desire of The constituents who elected you

We need to keep Summerfield the way it is. If you want high density housing, more to Greensboro.

We must keep the present low density to preserve our water and infrastructure.

Let's not lose our small town feel and allow greedy developers to fleece their pockets and ravage Summerfield.

Developers/Builders are backing a move to bring big city zoning similar to which exists in Greensboro. As written, this zoning amendment will be too broad and less restrictive than exists in Greensboro. The rural, small town charm of Summerfield will be altered forever. Say No to these commercial interests

This type of zoning has ruined many communities in the past. Let ours not be one of them.

We moved here about 40years ago because it was a rural area with large lots, The area has undergone huge changes. Small lots will strain our wells and may cause us to have to purchase water and sewer. Our roads and schools are too crowded now. Development is inevitable but please do not build on small lots.

Our schools are already overcrowded as it stands. No Planned Development / Re-zoning in Summerfield!!!

There is a lot to consider before moving in this direction. Infrastructure and school capacity will be stretched to the limit.

I moved from Greensboro to Summerfield for that small town/country feel. More traffic, more development and increased noise is what will increase with these types of housing developments.
