If the majority of the people that live in a rural area and chose to be here for this reason don't want this - then the only reason its being done has to be money. Those apartments/condos aren't going to be cheap to live in with fees, etc. Our family found a house in our budget in this school district because we looked for it! They are here -you just have to look!

I absolutely love Summerfield and it's quiet rural feel. That's why my family chose to move here. I vehemently oppose the PD rezoning and pray it does not pass.
