We moved to Summerfield 2 years ago because it was a town with open spaces. PD is wrong for our town for many reasons. Vote no

Watch out for Ken D Miller of Summerfield; he has ruined our neighborhood on Lake Brandt and Trosper Road. Building lots of commercial that will create a traffic nightmare and destroying our neighborhood environment!
We won the first round against him. Lost the second round.
He has plenty of $$$ to throw at getting what he wants.

We chose to live in Summerfield because it's rural. If you want to live in Greensboro you can. Hands off Summerfield! Voters need to keep an eye on which elected officials are in favor of this and be sure to VOTE THEM OUT at the next opportunity. I for one will be donating the max amount to those running against the politicians in favor of PD

Summerfield has already lost its rural-ness. No resident of Summerfield wants this - only developers. If this passes, the developers won and we lost.

Definitely opposed. This will undo our rural community and tax the environmental resources. Strictly driven by developers, real estate agents and contractors.

We moved to Summerfield because it was rural. People tend to move to out to the country and then expect and want all the conveniences of the city. If you want conveniences and lots of neighbors and development then live in the city. We do not want the development in Summerfield.

I built a house in SMFD 24 years ago, sent our kids to SMFD schools (one is now an MD) and have been involved in community. I moved here by choice and not to Adams Farm.

We moved to Summerfield because we loved the rural area and the fact that houses were not right on top of one another. We invested in Summerfield for tjose reasons and felt they would be an asset to your home value and our future as we get closer to retirement. Please respect our values and feelings and vote NO on the zoning issue!
