Say NO to physician assistants & ARNPs being given the power to initiate involuntary examinations

I vote NO!

Please say no to people involuntarily committed under the Baker Act. !

It's bad enough that the biological brain model of mental distress (i won't use the word "illness" because that too is a fraud) has ZERO scientific basis backing it, but now giving even non Physicians the right to violate someone is reprehensible.

I am not a Floridian, but I am an Activity Director, consumer and tourist. I have decided to boycott the state of Florida until the Baker Act type of bills are defeated.

Allowing physician assistants and ARNPs to initiate involuntary examinations is NOT a solution, I say NO.

This proposal is not science based, this is a human rights violation & a way to force people into "treatment" that is not only not needed & wanted, but actually detrimental to their physical mental & emotional health. Please do not allow this.

I want to live in a free country and don't want people be policed by untrained, unprofessional people who have have vested interests. SAY NO to involuntary examination please.

I am saying no to the project of law allowing physician assistants and ARNP being given the power to initiate involuntary examinations. . I completely oppose that project of law to be pass.

Many of these people who are labelled as needing drugs only need exercise - especially if they are children! Many schools don't even have physical activity scheduled in their curriculum - they are given drugs instead! Why? To feed our pharmaceutical companies!

I saw this in action 3 months ago where a PA was going to Baker Act a young man for no real objective reason. The questions she asked him were created to set him up for failure. I had to step in and handle her. Truly evil in action.

Stop SB 572 and HB 325

Involuntary committment is highly overrated, highly abused. Say no to SB572 abd HB 325,

I do not want my or anyone else's rights to be diminished even more from these bills being passed. Please help get these bills vetoed!

These bills will surely increase the number of Floridians involuntarily committed under the Baker Act, because both physician assistants and advanced nurse practitioners would be allowed to legally commit citizens for involuntary psychiatric exams. Already thousands of my fellow Floridians have been subject to the Baker Act, many put on harmful psychiatric drugs. We do not need to expand this activity.
